    me van a dar lo que ya pague?

    I do not understand the charge

    Debit card won't work for Xbox market

    I just got a Xbox 360 S and I made an Xbox live account and everything, I then added my debit card so I can buy and download games off the Xbox store but everytime I try to purchase a game it says my card in not authorized but all my card information is
    correct, any suggestions??

    If your purchase went through appropriately, the game should be added to your download history and you should be able to download it through there. Can you verify that you made the purchase on the account you are attempting to download the game on? Also,
    can you double check that your purchase went through correctly?

    If your purchase went through appropriately, the game should be added to your download history and you should be able to download it through there. Can you verify that you made the purchase on the account you are attempting to download the game on? Also,
    can you double check that your purchase went through correctly?

    unable to use any form of credit card

    Normally the Visa gift cards that are purchased at stores like that do not work for purchases on Xbox and this is through the Bank that handles the gift card because they are thinking that you are trying to purchase a renewing subscription and these types
    of purchases can not be made with the gift cards like that.

    It seems that you are having issue with your EA account that is linked to your Xbox account. Let us help you by providing the information to address your concern.

    If you delete your Epic Games account, you will lose access to all the purchases made through that account, including any skins and progress made through Xbox. It is not recommended to delete your account if you want to keep your purchases. Instead, you can try to recover your account by contacting Epic Games support and providing them with the necessary information to reset your password.

    You may also check the article below that outlined what will happen if you unlink a platform from your EA account which is taken from the official support site of the account.

    Reporting unauthorized purchase on account linked through paypal

    I am able to see the charge on my Microsoft account. It was paid through my PayPal account that is linked to a debit and credit card.

    My financial institution is pursuing a refund. I would like to notify Microsoft that this purchase was made by fraudulent means.
