    Made the purchase of the space grey Xbox one s and never received my 50,000 rewards credits. How do I go about claiming them? Or does my purchase for some reason not qualify?

    Credit for MS Store Xbox One S offer

    I purchased an Xbox One S from the MS Store online on 11/24. I should be eligible for the Microsoft Store Xbox One S Offer (50,000 Rewards Credits). It does not appear that I have received these. The Microsoft Account I use to shop at Microsoft Store (which
    was created automatically when I made my first purchase in 2012) is different from the account associated with my Xbox Live account, but I don't see the credit on either account. Please address this. Thanks.

    50,000 credits offer for purchasing an new xbox one s

    I had an offfer on My missions to purchase a new xbox one s for 50,000 credits. I followed the link and completed the purchase on 11/24. I got my xbox a few days later. when will these credits be added? I still have not received the 25 dollar microsoft store
    gift card code the purchase was supposed ot come with either.

    Credits should show as pending about 15 business days after the console shipped. If it's been over 15, you'll want to post in the Xbox Live Reward Questions forum for assistance.

    Credits should show as pending about 15 business days after the console shipped. If it's been over 15, you'll want to post in the Xbox Live Reward Questions forum for assistance.

    Missing 20,000 points

    There were two offers running at that time for upgrading. The 50,000 credit offer was only sent to certain members and was not available to everyone. If you did not receive the specific email, you would receive the default offer of 30,000 credits. If I remember
    right, the 50,000 were for upgrading from a 360 to a One S.
    I received the offer for upgrading from an xbox one to a xbox one s. I even spoke to someone before I purchased the xbox one s to confirm how the promotion worked. I upgraded my xbox one to an xbox one s and should have received 50,000.

    I still have not received my 50,000 points for upgrading to an Xbox One from the 360.

    Nor are any online purchases from microsoft store being recognized either.
