    Billed for product. Product not given.

    I purchased the 6,500 Gold pack for £19.99 from the World of Tanks Xbox 360 Edition Store on Xbox Live. I received the Purchase Confirmation and the £19.99 was taken out of my account but I have not received the product I paid for (In-Game currency for World
    of Tanks). I made the purchase on 8th February 2015 at around 10 PM. I'm not sure of what to do because at this point they're just stealing off of me.

    where do I get the "product key" if I purchased a product on line? (Age of Empires III)?

    It is open right now, and as a matter of fact I received a purchase confirmation code, but not a product key code...

    Payments taken from a bank card when no card on the xbox

    If I made these purchases (which I didn't) why is there no product? surely this is justification in itself for a refund ie. not receiving any of the items on the order history.

    If it doesn't show as completed and it only shows as pending through your bank, then you may have to wait and see if the payment goes all the way through or make the purchase again if it doesn't complete.

    It should be listed as ready to install in your library on the console and you should be able to install it from there.

    If it still gives the error message, double check http://account.microsoft.com to make sure the purchase does show there and do a hard reset (hold down the power button on the console until it turns off, unplug it, plug it back in, then turn in back on).
