I made sure not to create a new xbox live profile, since I already have a gamertag. When I clicked on "games" on my laptop, and tried to sign in, it took me to a screen that prompted me to create a new xbox live profile under my new Microsoft account. I
made sure to back out, and that is what prompted this whole process.

I am pretty sure there is not a new gamertag associated with my new account. I don't want there to be; I want to switch my current gamertag to my new Microsoft account.

I had to chose some country because there is no Bosnia to chose when you creating gamertag

Put Bosnia on the list of countries
