Account Hacked

Hey enforcement team I was recently hacked of my xbox live account. My account gamertag is Brother. This was my 1st ever account that i made and when i finally bought a new xbox because my previous one had stopped working i went to sign into my account and
it says that your email doesn't exist anymore. I knew something was up because i only had two emails. So i made a silver account and add my gamertag (Brother) and i see that the gamerpic was changed along with the gamer score. I would be happy if you can help
me get my account back safely. Thanks. Again the gamertag is Brother

Email hacked want account back help!!!

My email was hacked a little bit ago and the password was changed so now I can't sign into my account anywhere other then Xbox where it auto signs in. I there any way i can or Xbox support can change the email associated with the account so I can sign
in to it in other places and not worry about someone using my account? Ive tried to change my email but I need the password to the email was hacked Any help would be awesome!!

The fact that you console has been "hacked" is extremely doubtful.

If nothing on the console or accounts associated has been changed or you have an Email saying that your account has been accessed from another console then you should be in the clear.

For the new account, I would ensure you are using the correct Email and the domain part of the address is correct, whether it is @outlook.com or @hotmail.co.uk etc. You can always try logging into the Email on a PC or mobile device to see if you get an Error
as the help there is easier to follow.

I would mainly suggest that there has been an error in creating the account, or you have forgotten the Email. Even if someone changed the email of an account, the previous one would NOT cease to exist. So I recommend checking everything is correct and don't
forget about case sensitivity.

Make sure the security proofs are updated on account.live.com. The password and email may not be incorrect, but will show up as such if the proofs aren't updated. Try updating the proofs then redownloading the profile.

Are you sure the purchase was made with your xbox account? I've been in a situation where i thought i purchased the game only to find out my little brother did with his account on my xbox.

So my little brother made his account and he is 16. But, when I tried to login on my account it didn't work. So i made a new account (I'm 19 btw) delete the game reinstalled deleted all remaining files and it still said a user was to young. I don't mean
to bother but I just want to experience the full game
