I'm in the preview program and I have the new dashboard but every time I turn my xbox one on and sign in and go to a app or game my xbox one turns off Please help

Xbox Preview Dashboard not downloading on new Xbox One.

Okay, so I recently got a new Xbox One a couple days ago. I've been in the preview program for about a year. I tried downloading the "Xbox Preview Dashboard" app on my new Xbox One. Every time I try to download it, it says "installation stopped." I contacted
Xbox Support and we tried mostly everything to fix this. I power cycled my console, cleared the MAC, deleted my account from the console and re-downloaded it, uninstall the app and re-downloaded it. I thought I got removed from the program since I switched
consoles, but Xbox Support says i'm still in the program. I tested out downloading the "YouTube" app to make sure it wasn't my Xbox, the YouTube app downloaded fine. On my old Xbox One I also had the new Xbox One experience dashboard update, on this Xbox I
have the old dashboard update. If someone could help, that would be awesome. I love being apart of the preview program.

Update:

I still don't have access to the Preview Program Forum.

I factory reset the Xbox One and it worked.

I tried to sign in second time and it wouldn't sign in to the new dashboard.

Added my account again, it worked.

Third time, still wouldn't let me sign in.

Used workaround I found elsewhere (see first line), removing my account.

Now I can't add any accounts or sign in.

So factory reset every/every other time I turn on Xbox One is my guessed solution.

Hey there! To minimize confusion because troubleshooting may be different for preview updates than regular versions, you'll want to post this, and everything else preview related in the preview forums (forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx).
This will also ensure that the proper team sees your post and can help you out. Also, make sure you look at the list of known issues to see if there is a workaround.

If you haven't already, be sure to report any issues via the preview app on your console, so that all relevant data gets reported to Microsoft.

For most issues, a hard reset will help. Hold the Xbox logo on the front of your console for 10 seconds until it fully shuts down. Wait a few seconds, turn it back on, and try again.
