    Hi, sorry for my english i gonna do my best.i Was on my Xbox playing cod mw3, against a cheater(5 in two days).i all reported them.and i know people in lobby with me reported them too.now i m ban 2weeks cause i talk with the last
    one i met . And actually all these cheaters still play without any problems on your services..so for 1message i m ban while they are making hundreds of people sick every day on their favorite games and no action attempt against them from your services . I
    m **** out of me! It s like unbelievable . Really, makes no sense. I Hope u gonna do something. I m on Xbox Live since 10years, first Time i m close to definitly leave Microsoft, even if i have to lose all i bought.

    Live account banned permanently for no reason, HELP please!

    There's always more to the story other than just what the people who get banned are saying. Microsoft does an excellent job of keeping Xbox LIVE clean and free of cheaters and those who try to abuse the system.

    ^^It IS a cheat and TA will ban for using the KB/M setup. I posted a response that had a TA dev adving so. Kanaye also stated they can detect KB/M users. I agree with what you were saying above, just NOT the first sentence.

    As long as you filed a complaint on them, the enforcement team will investigate them and take the appropriate action.

    Xbox/Microsoft doesn't have anything to do with the gameplay on those game servers only the voice communication through the Xbox. You'll have to report them through whatever reporting system that activision has through their in game options

    Developers will ban cheaters, just report them and M$ will also fight the Jtags via an XBL update. Its a never ending battle.

    Can you not see how mad this is when cheaters are free to cheat, I get banned for complaining about it and this guy gets banned for a screenshot? The banning is so inconsistent and dodgy.
