ola, estou com problema sou dona da conta pai e da conta filho do meu xbox porem eu uso a conta filho pois errei o nome da gamer tag, so que de uns tempos para ca eu perdi a senha da conta pai, e nao estou conseguindo recuperar a conta pois perdi a senha,
e hj queria comprar um jogo na minha conta (conta filho) e por causa das privacidades da conta narracci(conta pai), nao estou conseguindo nem comprar nem mandar mensagem e nem entrar em grupos

multiple XBOX authorization

My wife and I each have our own XBOX and we are on the Family Account. If I download and purchase game she can not play it on her XBOX and vice verse. Even if my account is on the other XBOX we can not play that the other one downloaded. I would like
to see an authorization of two to five consoles for families that marry into each other owning an XBOX or a family that starts out with one XBOX and goes out an purchases another or two consoles.

Can someone remove my parent control account on my Xbox Live account?

I have a yahoo account that does not exist on yahoo under my parent control account and I want to remove it because I cannot make purchases on the Xbox one. Can someone please remove the account off of my Xbox Live? It would be appreciated.

I only have 2 XBOX One consoles. The XBOX Live account is associated with my account which I use for parental controls on my two sons accounts. They each use their own separate account to play on their own XBOX One console.

- 2 XBOX One consoles

- my admin account with XBOX Live subscription

- my two sons have their own accounts they use to play on each of their XBOX One Consoles.

Thanks for the help, that makes sense. However, when I signed in to my son's account and tried to purchase Xbox LIVE, it says this is a purchase that cannot be requested online and that they have to ask the parent to buy it for them. That's all fine, but
where can I buy it for them in my own account?

You can if you meet the two conditions

Since you are a child account you can either have a parental account make the purchase as long as they are gold

Or make the purchase on your xbox 360 console

Yeah what's is happening is two things first you must have a adult account to make the purchase from xbox.com or xbox one

So your parental acount must have gold not home gold to make the purchase

That error is saying you must make it on your xbox 360

Xbox one still uses the web interface and xbox one family settings are different from xbox 360 hence why you either can use a 360 for purchases that are m rated or not rated game's or a parent making the purchasers
