i dont remember how i got this gametag as a never had Xbox. I alwayse login using my personal e-mail. There is no other e-mail for Minacraft.

I have an strong issue . I have my Xbox on computer account . I have Microsoft game pass subscribtion but i have lost my account e-mail and password and i dont remember it. I have my card connected with the account that i cant sign up .and tyle payment will be executed every month while i cant use the account. I need help . I remember my gamer name and informations from the card but i dont have e-mail adress and password.

Ultimately you will need to figure out what email you used. There isnt any way to recover an account without knowing the email

The only other way to stop the payments would be to have your bank block future charges.

Unfortunately XBOX Support won't be able to help you if you cannot even remember the e-mail that was used for the account. It's a huge security risk for them to be able to give away any sort of information like an e-mail with so many accounts getting socially
engineered these days. You will only be able to recover the account if you can at least remember the e-mail on the account otherwise you're sort of lost and you'd have to start a new account.
