I lost my reward points when my account was recovered. Can I get them back?

I last posted a week ago and was told that nothing can happen as long as i am an "Unidentified User", when will this be updated/cleared up?

We still see that you are posting as an Unidentified User. Since we need your gamertag in order to look up your Rewards Account, we cannot currently assist with this issue. Based on your previous post history, it sounds like you may be "Unidentified" due
to recovering your account. You may wish to reach out to Xbox support to see when your posts will identify you by gamertag. Unfortunately, we cannot assist with account issues, so we cannot say when you will change from being an "Unidentified User" and be
updated.

Wish I picked up on it sooner when I had to recover my account. But I have definitely lost trust in EA, trading in Fifa and BF3, Battlefields supposed to be better on PC anyway.

i got hacked and all my microsoft points taken and spent on total [mod removed] it took 13 days for them to investigate it then i get my account back but they didnt address the real problem and they didnt bother giving my microst points back i lost 5000
now this is after i explained to them once again i have to wait another 25 days for them to get back to me on my points mother *** pain in the @@@ it shouldnt take this long they can have there games that were purchesed i want my damn points back
