    I lost my pre-ordered game


    I pre-ordered cyberpunk 2077 on october 16th , when the game got installed i tried to launch but the message "you need to own this game to play it", after many failed attempts i uninstalled the game, so i could install it back. But when i got to the xbox
    store the game went back to the original price , the "install" button dissapeared. I bought the game digitally, i hope i dont need to buy this game for the second time.

    Xbox Exclusives & why i'm excited for Holiday '13 and 2014.

    I would like to play Titanfall soon. I thought it was coming around launch but then I read an article saying June 2014. I did however plan on the PC version of that game.

    Some of these are games that me and my wife will play together which makes them a must. I have not seen a whole lot in terms of games coming this fall for 360. I have GTAV, Lost Planet 3, and XCOM Declassified pre-ordered. I also have Beyond: Two Souls
    and Tales of Xillia pre-ordered.

    Unfortunately we aren't able to offer a pre-order bonus once the pre-order has ended. Really sorry to hear you lost access to it. To clarify, did they cancel your pre-order before the game was released or did they refund your purchase after it's release?
