I lost my minecraft account to a data breach. How do I recover it?

So, yesterday I couldn't login to minecraft. I don't know where I can ask for *human* support? Inserting my minecraft email on "have I been pwned?" says there are 4 data breaches with it, Jesus...

My minecraft username was "Lacter_". It used to be "Lactertheboss12" before I shortened it.

So, so far my account is on lockdown and I have no way to prove with that account recovery form that I am the true owner. I tried putting in 3 skype contacts, and I'm pretty sure that around 2011 or 2012 I lied about my age to create the hotmail so I don't know which year I picked... further sabotating myself to prove I am the owner on that account recovery form.

The account didn't have a recovery email. I put random letters back then, something near like this: "*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***"

I don't remember details of my Skype contacts and Email contacts because it was too long ago, I was a kid. Skype has shut down and I surely didn't send emails back then to anyone. I have no way to check. Minecraft was bought by my stepdad with his credit card, around 2014? I have no way to retrieve that sensitive info to prove I am the owner on that account recovery form either.

If only I didn't migrate my Mojang account to that old hotmail

I hope that someone here can help, or direct me to a place where this kind of situation is resolved, if that exists, or if it is possible at all.

I'm sorry you are experiencing this with your account data.

Based on your description, it might be possible that you are using a different Microsoft account since saved data, progress, and purchases are permanently attached to the Microsoft account.

You can confirm this by signing your account on account.xbox.com > go to achievements > and also check the gamer tag if you are using the same account.

Also, kindly sign in to your account on account.microsoft.com > go to payment and billing > then order history > from there, confirm if the purchases you have made are showing under your account.

If they don't show up it means that you are simply using a different account.

I'm assuming that this is happening on Xbox
If that's the case. Please try reinstalling Minecraft to see if the game can retrieve your worlds data from the cloud (depending on the world size your world can be uploaded)

If even after reinstalling Minecraft your world doesn't appear. Sadly is not possible to recover it

**If you decide to reinstall the game, just in case. Backup your other worlds first

Unfortunately, Microsoft cannot bypass 2FA (two-factor authentication) without recovery methods. It's a strict security policy to protect accounts, even support agents can't override this.
