I lost my Microsoft account related to Minecraft.

Good morning support, I have a question.

Yesterday I was playing casually Minecraft with my friends on my Microsoft account and today I can't even log into the game, by normal methods the site and the launcher say that they don't recognize the account (keep in mind, it was on gmail domain - it was a migrated account, since originally it was a Mojang one.

The only instance where it actually recognizes the account is when I try to retrieve the account by other means than a PIN code - then I get the prompt window to verify "my" e-mail, which is some random one registered in Russia, as evident by .ru end.

Honestly, I'm not exactly sure what had happened, and I please ask kindly for help, since I would love to retrieve that account and be able to log in again.

If there's any Microsoft staff which could help me out, I can provide the aforementioned e-mail, as well as the ingame nickname.

Creating a new account with the same email sadly won't restore your purchased games; they're tied to the specific account and not the email address.

It sounds like your account may have been compromised and the email was removed from the account, since it let you create a new account with the same email address. In this case, it's sadly not possible to recover your account. I apologise for any inconvenience caused by this.

Since my Microsoft account was linked to my Minecraft account I lost access to my Minecraft account cause someone deleted my Microsoft account. Now Im not sure what happens but I was wondering if i would be possible to link a diffrent Microsoft account to an already migrated Minecraft account.

Unfortunately not. If the Microsoft account that your Minecraft account was migrated to was deleted then your Minecraft would be essentially deleted along with it.

I had already migrated my account way earlier it's just that the Microsoft account messed up and it also messed up all the connected things ( since I had migrated, my Minecraft was tied to my Microsoft account but now I've lost it since I lost the account )
