i lost my game profile after i reset the game from the win10 setting

yesterday i reset the game from the win10 setting ,then i opened the game, i can't download my profile. today, i continue to download my profile,but it is a new profile, i want my profile back to yesterday

Windows Solitaire - No Event Games after 4/13/2018?

I see no Win10 Solitaire Event Games after 7/13/2018. So far, I have tried all the following:

1: Ran the troubleshooter. No difference.

2: Checked for update. Game is up-to-date.

3: Reset the game from the Settings menu. No difference.

4: Deleted Temporary files. No difference.

5. Uninstalled and Reinstalled the game. Twice. No difference.

Still no world Tour Games showing up after 7/13/2018

What's next? Or are you discontinuing solitaire Events?

What am I paying an annual fee for?

Xbox One Won't Delete Games

You can reset the Xbox One from Settings> all settings > System > console update and information > reset. Remove everything and it will remove all games. Just redownload your profile and the games you want.

Or try from another account or from the game menu on the home page after you try to launch the game.
