I lost my free Xbox game cards which were to be redeemed.

I had got a Xbox One S: All Digital Edition for my birthday. I also got three games and one free Xbox live gold 1-month subscription with it.

I got the games in the form of 25 digit codes. I had got Forza Horizon 3, Minecraft, Sea of the Thieves. I had redeemed the games on my Xbox. But Forza Horizon 3 and Sea of the Thieves were also windows 10 Edition. And now I lost those cards. So I lost Forza
Horizon 3 [Windows 10 Editon], Sea of the Thieves [Windows 10 Edition] and Xbox live gold 1-month subscription.

Is there a way to get it back?

I think sea of theives is too and codes with an xbix one wouldnt be a windiws 10 only it would be an xbox one and if they are a play anywhere title would also be a windows 10 game subject to availability as long as you live in an xbox live region not just

Yes, I was just going to say, Sea of Thieves is also a Play Anywhere title. So, to the OP, if you redeemed it on your console for your Xbox One version, then you should also have access to it automatically on W10 as well.

"Automatically" being more clearly defined as signing into Windows 10 using the same Microsoft account you use on Xbox One. Then those games will appear in "My Library" in the Windows Store.

Unfortunately if you've lost the hard copy cards, there's nothing we as ambassadors can do to help you there.

If you have redeemed a game like Sea of Thieves on either the PC or Xbox, it is a play anywhere title, which is great because it'll be on the other gaming platform for you.

Just sign into your account on the Xbox app on PC, or sign into Xbox live on the xbox, and the game will be there ready to be installed.

Hi there, I don't believe you can to anything about this as the cards with the codes are lost. I know this can be frustrating but you really need the codes to be able to redeem your content. You could contact the supplier were you brought the Xbox from and
let them know your situation.
