    I lost my FH4 Ultimate Edition and no one seems to wanna help


    So, I won Forza Horizon 4 last year in a giveaway. After playing for a while I decided I wanted the Ultimate Edition. I managed to get it for Christmas and I enjoyed it quite a lot. I managed to find 4 treasures on Fortune Island and I drove Bond cars all
    day. (I have 4 million cash in-game and DLC cars in my garage).

    After a few months I started playing less and I stopped for a little while. This summer I went to revisit the game and found that my Ultimate Edition Add-ons Bundle had vanished without a trace.

    I contacted XBOX support for PC games, tried to find answers online, looked for receipts and did everything I could. XBOX support told me to go to Microsoft Support. Didn't work. XBOX then directed me to Forza support... who directed me straight back around.

    I have been unable to find a confirmation email or such but I do have payment confirmation from PayPal itself and I still have progress on my account.

    No one seems willing to actually help me as they just send me around and tell me I never bought it.

    I feel like Microsoft literally scammed me. What do I do? I don't care about the money, I just want my product back so I can keep playing Fortune Island with my friends.

    So that's one of the problems. As stated, I have PayPal confirmation of the payment and I have progress but no receipts are showing up anywhere in any form, including order history. It all vanished. I've been trying this for ages but keep getting the same

    Hello!

    It's an add-on for the FH4. If he has the ultimate edition I believe it's included. If not it can be purchased as part of the FH4 Expansions Bundle.

    Moving back to the base edition of Forza Horizon 4 after playing the Ultimate edition

    I would also like to ask a second question, which might nulify my first question.

    Is the situation I present below possible?

    We own the ultimate edition of FH4 on my account.

    We have 3 xboxes (2x series s and 1x one s)

    Home console Series S: Wife logs in and plays Forza Horizon 4

    2nd Series S: I log in and play FH4

    Xbox one S: I log in to give acces to my daughther, and she logs in on her account at the same time to play FH4 on her account.

    ALL AT THE SAME TIME.

    Just wondering if that is possible and/or allowed.
