    Fallout 3 code already redeemed

    I received my fallout3 code from my fallout4 pre-order today. When I attempt to redeem it I am told it's already redeemed. How do I get this addressed please?

    Region Error

    I pre-purchased Fallout4 it came with a free copy of Fallout3. When I try to redeem Fallout3 using the link code from the email, it fails and gives me an error code that is about incorrect region.

    Please Help!!!

    Missing fallout 3 code

    I'm having a similar issue. When I preordered Fallout4 as soon I was able to, and got the code for Fallout3 later in the week, but now the code is no longer in my Messages app on my XboxOne.
