    Hey TREFF16,

    I'm sorry hear you forgot your family passcode and security question. This code is a hard one to reset as it requires you to reset your console back to factory default settings. This clears all of the memory and all games saves, music, etc. will be deleted.
    So Just make sure you try every passcode you can remember before having to take this step. If you can, you can try backing up your game saves to an external hard drive before resetting to factory default. Let us know if this works or if you still need help!
