    I had recently bought the admiral bucket but then I have not yet received it and when I went to go check it said I have not purchased it, plz give me back my money or admiral bucket if possible

    Lost my progress after 10 hours

    Hi there!

    Case

    I lost my progress in Sea of Thieves somehow. We were 4 friends playing Sea of Thieves for 10 hours straight without breaks and then we went to bed and the next day we all logged back in and I had lost all my progress while my friends still had theirs.

    We were all on the same network because it was a small LAN-party. 2 of us bought the game and the other 2 of us was and are still playing through the Xbox Game Pass. We thought it was because of the Xbox Game Pass at first, but it was only me that lost all
    my progress.

    It almost feels like my whole character has been reset because I have lost all my reputation, money and cloth. Everything except for my character.

    The Lost Progress

    I had following before I lost my progress:

    Money balance: 10.000

    Gold Hoarders reputation: 20

    Order of Souls reputation: 16

    Merchant Alliance reputation: 15

    Then I had all the Admiral cloth except for the hat and the captain claw/hook.

    Then I had the Admiral bucket and spade.

    Hello,

    Please check the Microsoft Points retiring in favor of local currency FAQ here. Specifically "How do I change
    my account location?"

    How do I change my account location?

    You can move your Microsoft account from the region it’s associated with now to any other region up to one time every three months. However,
    after your Microsoft account transitions, the currency in your account will not move with you, so be sure to spend your currency before you change your account location!
    Assuming here that you're apart of the beta dashboard update (or you've downloaded your profile to a console that is), your account should have switched from Microsoft Points to real currency. This also unfortunately means that the above applies to you.
