i lost my account

No one will be able to tell you what your account email is even if you know the Gamertag associated with the account.

If you remember your account email you can fill in the account recovery form. This link has information about the recovery form.

Could you try these steps below:

1. Go to https://account.microsoft.com/

2. Click the circle in the upper right hand corner of the screen. 3. Go to login.

4.Choose sign in options.

5. Click on 'Forgot my username'.

6. Try login in with either an email or phone number associated with the account.

7. If that don't work, create a new account.

8. Once you have created a new account, repeat steps 1-3.

9. Enter your new email address.

10. On the password screen choose 'Forgot Password'.

11. Select 'I don't have any of these'.

12. Click on the link provided and then fill out the form provided.

13. You will just need to wait for Microsoft to contact you after.

I'm sorry that you are going through this problem, support cannot help you with this type of case since they are not in charge of this part and here keep in mind that it is a Microsoft public forum where we are players like you who try to help other players with basic problems. This means that we are not Microsoft employees.

Having said that, the only solution is through the form, but a lot of time has passed, so I can tell you that there is not much to do, I really regret it. If it were within my means to provide you with better help, I would definitely do so.
