I lost my account and all info associated with it. Please help

As you don't remember your account email, I can advise you fill the account recovery form, in that way you're going to submit a ticket with Microsoft account recovery team https://account.live.com/acsr

You can try all the emails you remember or if you had a phone number attached to the account, you can use that too.
Sadly, an account cannot be recovered with the gamertag alone.

Please note that no one here including regular Microsoft Support is not capable to send password reset links for security policies

PS: if maybe you didn’t log into the account in more than 5 years. Probably the system deleted it due to inactivity

I have a kinda simular problem, I just got a new xbox and when I input all my info it gives me this message. This Microsoft account is associated with a different profile. Try a different account. So I can log on to xbox.com on my

phone and all my old stuff is there. Someone please help.

You would need to contact support. As long as you can verify you are the owner of the account, they can get you the email. Then you would need to reset the password. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

I searched for the GT mikyandjo using the Xbox App for Windows PC and couldn't find your profile, this may mean the account was deleted and all the info associated with it was lost.

It could be worth trying to recover it but seems like is gone from Xbox Live.

Now I have completely lost my new gamertag and info, and my xbox profile has my old gamertag! Not what I wanted. Like I said, I have 2 gamertags associated with 1 account. WHAT DO I DO??
