I lost just about all my keys. Not all the keys are and when I harvest them

I hope I got the right place. If not let me know and direct me the correct place.

Several days ago, I asked why my keys (over 1K, not sure of the exact amount) disappeared except for 50. When I harvested the keys, the counter stayed at 50 keys. Last night I harvested keys I got only 10 added to the ante.

How do I get my keys back? If I can't , how do I get them to at least add to the tally when I do harvest the keys?

I lost everything. Skins for all Characters, 10 Gold keys over 12,000 Bad @@@ points and 2 of my saves are on TVM and one is LVL50 Sucks @@@. Im really only bothered about the keys, I was up all night waiting for the shift codes.

I just lost all my progress and deck keys too. I sent a message to Support and got directed here as well. Sick, I love spending money for no reason, and unlocking cards just for them to randomly disappear. Awesome!!!

You are not alone, the parachutes will disappear when you start certain memories. For instance, I just completed a tomb level for a Masayaf Key and when I came out all my parachutes had disappeared. Another time I had just completed an Altair memory and
lost them all.

Its not ideal but I presume its to prevent you using the parachutes in certain instances in the game.
