I lost games and I want them back

If you can't see the games you bought in your library, check your order history to see if they're still on the list!

If they are, try to power cycle your Xbox and remove and re-add your account!

If they're not on that list, then you will have to contact the support through: Contact us | Xbox Support

I am sorry that you have not been able to play your game. The problem here is that you may not be able to play Xbox live Gold games if 1) there is no subscription and 2) if there is no payment option in place. If you have an Xbox 360 you could get access
to all the games you purchased. If you have an Xbox one then unfortunately the features do not permit this. You can find out more information on the features here: What

work. Or you could get the new Xbox game pass ultimate which will give you one month free and two for the price of one.
