Yes thankfully. I had signed into the Minecraft page with my Microsoft account before completing the transfer so it just seemed as though everything had been lost.

Its not the game its just something to do with the hard drives this has happened in alot of other games Gears 1,2,3,J, Borderlands 1 and 2 the list goes on, just when you do it just make sure you save it. And see it save also you should do a test on your
hard drive so it can clean out any files that are damaged. If you need help on your game ill help just send a message.
