    Hey, I was playing battlefield 4 and my game crached i think and it putted me in the xbox home screen so i was going to my games and apps to restart battlefield 4 but battlefield wasnt in my games and apps anymore. console: xbox one Gamertag:
    i really hope u can help me the game was free.

    Lost Save Files (BF4, DR3 & Ryse)

    I lost my game saves too on Battlefield 4 and Marvel Avengers had to start both games again.........

    Battlefield 1 and Battlefield 4

    I purchased Battlefield 1 and Battlefield 4. I can play the campaigns but cannot access multiplayer on either account. I have tried to uninstall/re-install, clear the cache but it will not allow me access to the multiplayer for either game. Battlefield
    one says my access is denied and battlefield 4 says I have lost connection and when I press "x", I get nothing.

    Hey there Antaxious.

    Let's try a full power cycle on your Xbox One by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds until your Xbox One powers off. If you're still not seeing the game, check the Ready to Install list for the content. Let us know what you find I lost Battlefield 4 :)

    Be sure you're also signed in with the account that originally downloaded the game for free as well.

    And I'm also getting kicked from Battlefield 4 after a few minutes too. "lost connection to xbox live" "lost connection to EA servers". Then check xbox live connection and it says everything is fine. :(

    I get lost connection to server on battlefield 4 all the time it's because you get booted or banned I guess Xbox doesn't want people to get butt hurt so they put lost connection. Next time it happens try and join the same server.
