    I lost an account 3 years ago and I've tried every email and password i remember and I've contacted xbox support and i have been told every time i haven't shown enough information and i don't have anything to show for it but i’ve spent more than a thousand dollars on that account

    Hi there,

    -

    please follow the steps mentioned by DementedW4rrior to try and download your 'deleted' profile.

    Be sure to verify if there isn't a corrupt profile present in the settings - system - storage - select storage device - profiles section before trying to download the profile, since that could cause problems. If there is a corrupt profile be sure to delete
    it.

    You do need to know the email address and password to be able to download your profile again.

    Looks like you will have to pay to use DLC on another account. Sorry, I don't think we can randomly bring a deleted account back. Feel free to give phone support a call or xbox.com/forgot.... GOOD LUCK!!!

    Do you remember you Xbox Account email and password associated with the account you lost? If so, sign out of the profile you are logged in to. Then go to sign in and scroll down to download profile. Follow the steps given, login in using the account you
    lost's email and password, and download your profile. Then you can go to the marketplace and re-download anything that is not there.
