I lost almost all of my puzzle collections

Discus and support I lost almost all of my puzzle collections in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Microsoft jigsaw broke - when i tried some solutions to get it working it reset my puzzle collection.     I lost almost all of my puzzle collections


    Microsoft jigsaw broke - when i tried some solutions to get it working it reset my puzzle collection. A few came up for download but most were lost. Am sure glad I didn't pay money for them. For a while I had negative points but finally those came back

    Lost three puzzle collections, a puzzle from one of the lost collections shows as most recent played, Any way to review the collections download for the game?

    11/3/14 UPDATE JUST WIPED ALL MY DATA!!!

    Mine too! I had 38k gold yesterday and a bunch of downloaded collections. Today I only have 2400 gold and almost all of my downloaded collections are gone!

    WTF Microsoft???? I paid for the premium version and it has lost my collections twice now...

    You realise that was a completly different person that it worked for. My issue has never been fixed but have been told its something that is being worked on

    Please completely close the app by pulling it down to the bottom of the screen until it flips. Then restart the game. If this does not resolve the issue, please select Restart on your device (not Shut down) and try to start the game after rebooting.
