    I lost all of my games from the playstore and also my live HELP!!


    hello so i had gta v, forza 3, battlefield 1 pro pass, gears of war installed from the playstore, then i decided to switch my primary alias email on the xbox live account, i added a new email, made it primary and deleted the old primary email then i signed
    out of xbox so that it could update , when i went back on the gamer tag stayed the same but all my purchased games say that i didint purchase them and also xbox live gold dissapeared, so then i decided to add the old primary email back onto the account and
    made it primary alias, then i went onto my xbox and still nothing was there , no score, no gamefiles, no live and still says sign into profile you purfhased these games with. (Btw all of these purchases including gold are not in the billing history)
    around 30 hours past since i did that and nothing changed please help me i lost near 300 dollars qorth of games, if you can text me with a reply at 604-239-9023 or if you. Cant just anwser here or semd a direct anwser to my account

    Can't play game content offline

    Ok I lost my Xbox 360 do to a bad luck, I bought a lot of DLC's and games on it, anyways I got the new Xbox 360 slim and redownloaded all the DLC's and games I bought, but when I disconnect from Xbox LIVE it won't let me play the games or DLC's but I am
    sign in to my gamer tag, just not sign in live. Please help!

    try bluestacks and install the xbox app from the playstore and you can stream again, also works on my android phone so i use android on my win10 pc. not perfect, but it works.

    Hey mine, i had my tab but it recently broke and i had to factory reset my device and it had my minecraft (paid) and now can i get the account back i dont have my emails

    My device is a samsung galaxy tab s5e. It was purchased from the playstore the one on android devices.

    Also, since I cannot sign in with my original GamerTag, I cannot transfer licences of my purchased games to my new GamerTag. So it seems, as I thought, every single game I've ever purchased in the past 8 years is gone. All my full games, arcade games and
    all my DLC is lost, unless by some miracle it becomes backwards compatible with the Xbox One.

    I also cannot transfer my game saves to the cloud for BC games, such as Gears of War.

    If this is the case, and I genuinely have lost all my purchases, I will, for the first time ever, be disappointed in Microsoft. I can't help but feel my profile "corruption" is their fault, or at least on their end. And I would like something done if I have
    indeed lost every purchase, because all that money.... wasted.
