Discus and support I lost all my ranking and content. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; My Gears of war 3 ranking and content got reset to 1 and I was the highest prestige for years.     I lost all my ranking and content.


    My Gears of war 3 ranking and content got reset to 1 and I was the highest prestige for years. Some awards show but I'm unable to access them. Please help.

    Radomly again my rank decreased this time from 8 to 1.
    This is a mess. Get this fixed .

    ranks and credits dont carry on from one gamertag to another, you must start from 0 on your new gamertag

    also if you meant you already had a rank and some credits on reach but decided to jump into live a few days ago, then yeah 343I takes some rank and credits from you because offline you gain more credits cause you dont have the full live experience on reach,
    so by joining live they take some stuff away from you so you are in balance with everyone else, wouldnt be fair for you to be a field marshall offline with loots of credits and decide to get live and still have the same ammount
