    I lost all my progress, could I get it back please.


    when I went into my FH 3 and I have had to start again I have lost all my progress and I would like it to get fixed as I've followed all the procedure and this is what it said I had to do now so you's can do something to fix it, thanks.

    Xbox has made me lose my game progress

    So recently Xbox store would not load and it kept telling me that I should restart the system. So I did and now all my progress has been completely lost for everything not with a backed up account. So I have lost quite a bit of Fallout 4 progress. Please can someone help?

    Bought a Second hand Xbox One with games pre-installed

    BEWARE!

    I bought a used Xbox one from a pawn shop with the previous owners gamertag and played the whole player mode of Red Dead Redemtion 2 offline. When i was able to get back online and sign into my own gamer tag, I could not get back into the previous owner's
    gamer tag and lost all my progress. Im still trying to contact xbox support to see if I can recover my progress.
