I lost access to my account

Based on your screenshot it seems it is indeed 2 different account that has been saved on your Minecraft. With regards to that, reason why it logged into a new account means that the original gamertag or Xbox profile you are trying to sign in is associated on a different email address than the one you have tried.

If you can remember other email addresses you might have used for Xbox or Minecraft, I suggest to try signing in each of email accounts you have via https://account.xbox.com/profile page. Here it will show you the correct gamertag/Xbox profile once you sign in to the right account/email address.

But if you somehow cannot remember other email addresses you might have used, try to check via https://account.microsoft.com/family page to see if you somehow have associated it on a family group before. If you lost access to your account you have to call support or fill out the lost access to my account form at accounts.Microsoft.com

As I said I lost access to the email, but the last time i had access was in 2021, and i lost my original account in 2022, i dont know the months though.

I have tried that already, but I just get an email saying I haven't given them sufficient info to be able to retrieve my account. all the information I have is what I have provided above. So not sure where to go from here

when i log in, I cant get on live as i need to accept terms and conditions from my parents account which I dont have access too :S

Yeah the problem is they are away for a long time now, so not really viable at the moment
