I LOST 4000 ACHIEVEMENT POINTS

I had been playing offline for bout 4 months. I got on today and it said there was a problem so I looked up a solution. It said to redownload my account but when I did I lost all my 4000 achievement pointcs that I got while playing offline Is there anyway
to fix this?

Deleting Achievement Points

Same scenario & just tried Downloading my Profile & the points + achievements, are the same.. I've lost over 4000 GP + achievements etc..

My xbox points were stolen

Sorry for your lost dude & you're not alone with the missing ms points, I lost 4000 last week with no history of what it was spent on and had 3 achievements in FIFA 12(I don't have FIFA 12). I sugguest you call Support when you can.

Hi there!

When playing offline, your profile is only saved locally which means the achievement record tied to it is only stored on your console. Once you delete that profile on your console and redownloaded a fresh copy of your profile from Xbox Live, it will retrieve
a copy of your profile from when you last connected it online. In our case, since you've been playing it offline, the online record of your achievements has not been updated to reflect it. If you hadn't signed in online and have deleted the offline copy, then
I'm afraid the profile it will retrieve is the outdated one hence the loss of achievements.

[/quote]Good job. It's probably a safe bet, given the most recent history, you should probably stay away from "helping" people in regards to these matters for awhile.

Same thing happened to me.

I was savingup my microsoft points and just lost about 4000.

It totally sucks.
