    I lost 26 months of gamepass ultimate


    Hi here,

    I have a problem with my account. Yesterday I converted my 26 months of Xbox Live account into Gamepass ultimate using the 1€ trial. It worked fine. My account said that my Ultimate was available until january 13 in 2023.

    But I did cancel auto renewal (without asking for a refund first), then I don't know why my account already had the auto renewal at the expiring date. I did cancel it again but I asked (by mistake) to be refund of the 1 month of Gamepass Ultimate Trial (1€
    ... ).

    Now I have lost everything! My gamepass ultimate until 2023/01/13 and my Xbox Live Gold remaining time! I have no more subscription in my account.

    I hope someone can help me because it's a lot of money... 26 month of game pass

    Hi There, are you certain it was 3 months gamepass ultimate and not just gamepass or Xbox Llive Gold? If you convert 3 months of gamepass or Xbox Live gold to ultimate it is only 2 months of ultimate and not 3.

    If it's a 1month trial.of gamepass ultimate then no those can only be used on accounts that never had gamepass ultimate before

    If.you bought it from.shaddy websites I'd.avoid them.there was a.con months ago.where people stacked trial.codes illegitimate ones and ms canceled.those codes and people .lost money on those .Cheap.codes since they were illegal codes since trials.can't stack
