    I lost 24 tickets because the game froze and threw everything off


    It froze right before the game was about to start and took my tickets. I was also able to view my cards all at once before the freeze; now I have to scroll up and down the screen because it will only shows one card at a time. I wasted 16 tickets because
    I couldn't play all of the cards. A total of 24 tickets lost because of the freeze. Can I get reimbursed?... Can someone fix this issue?...

    While playing public horde. The first 2 times the game froze during the round. The third time was weird. I got kicked off xbl for a few seconds. Signing back in, I lost everything.

    I've tried connecting off and on for the past few hours and still no luck. I DID get in once and was about to play, but the game froze up and then kicked me because I "lost connection to EA".

    Microsoft rewards xbox app not working

    Don't bother submitting a ticket its a waste of time. I replied to both said tickets with nothing back. Just a fob off of we are closing the dispute or whatever. What happened to the days of actually being able to contact sombody without having to go threw this type of rubbish! I lost a 40 week streak for no good reason. Nothing changed on my console just all of a sudden it refuses to work. Don't offer this service if you can't actually provide it!
