I lose Xbox live connection when I start a game.

Discus and support I lose Xbox live connection when I start a game. in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; On 360 when I start up any game or app I lose my connection with Xbox live.     I lose Xbox live connection when I start a game.


    On 360 when I start up any game or app I lose my connection with Xbox live. I am very upset about this. Is their any way to fix it?

    Backwards Compatibility lagging and losing live.

    When I play Halo Reach, I start to lag. Even the Xbox Live Parties which I am not evening playing with start to sound like cutting in and out robots. Sometimes during this lag and freezing, I loose live. Not for the Xbox One, only for the 360 port... It's
    unplayable since I lose connection and get kicked out of games even if I don't lose connection, but from lag. Please someone help!

    Xbox loses connection to live.

    Everytime I start up wwe 13, I lose connection to xbox live.

    When I try connecting it won't but when am on dashboard it's perfectly fine.

    Any help?

    Its same for me but on xbox one. Like every 30 mins i get a message "your conection to xbox live was lost" i even upgraded my router did everything, and this happens on xbox only.

    I figured it out..... had to reinstall my profile and problem solved!

    You might need an update, so try clearing your system cache. Go to system, then harddrive, and press y to clear system cache. This will prompt an update when you start the game up. Hopes this works
