    I lose my game!


    Hey guys! I boght BF4 on x live. Some time later, he started showing a error like i need to introduce a CD to play it! Now, i unnistall it trying to fix this, but now, i lose it, i have to buy it again!!! Can someone help me?

    Game closes and I lose my rewards

    Hello,

    I have had several instances of Microsoft Bingo shutting down when I am playing a game. If it happens at the end of the game, I lose all the rewards for the game even level up rewards. When I leveled up from 21 to 22, I did not receive my level up rewards.
    It is really frustrating. Do I need to complete an update? How do I get my rewards?

    Will I lose downloaded game

    Hey SpeedDemon4243, no you won't lose your free game. You might have to download it again when your replacement arrives but all games you purchase/redeem/download are attached to your account and not your console.

    So as long as you can log in to your account you can re-download any game or content you previously had.

    When your replacement arrives, find the game in the Store and you should see an INSTALL option where BUY would usually be, just select that and away you go. You will either see INSTALL or PLAY. PLAY means it is ready to go, INSTALL means it needs to be downloaded
    again before you can start playing.

    It is a pleasure to serve you and try to help you in any way possible, for my part I will do everything in my power to help resolve any questions/problems you are presenting.

    From what I understand, the free steps have a deadline to be claimed, so my advice would be to claim it before restarting your Laptop. If you have no other option but to restart it, you will have to do it and then see if it will let you claim the pass.

    If you cannot claim the free pass that came included with your Laptop, you should contact Xbox support and explain what happened. But if you have the opportunity to claim it right now, don't hesitate.

    I understand you have a question about changing your email.

    You will not lose any progress to that account even if you change your email address because they are already stored to your Xbox profile and changing the email address will not change the data or renew it.

    It is definitely safe to change your Microsoft email if you wish.
