    I lose my archived files after update my Forza 7,how to repair it?


    I find a lot of people stuck in a black screen with the back music on,me too,and our after-sales service department send me 4 e-mails to help me solve this problem,they tell my to delete all of my archived files and in the beginning I don't know this will
    delete all of my archived files,I can play my Forza 7 now,but I lost all,Im level 1 now, please help my find my files ,thank you!!

    Forza Motosport 7 Bug after April update

    me too ,Im in China,our after-sales service department help me repair this bug by delete all of my archived files in my account ,this is a very very ridiculous idea,I can play this game now.but Im level 1!!!!!

    Xbox 360 control on pc not working after last windows update

    After the last windows update i have not been able to use my xbox 360 controls in forza 7 or horizon 3. The control works fine in my steam games. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

    Sorry to hear about the issues with Forza 7.

    Unfortunately, if you deleted your save files there would be no way to recover them. Once removed from the servers there is no way to retrieve the files.

    To avoid this situation in the future we would recommend ensuring that you only delete local content, this should be an option when removing saved data from the console.

    If you are requested to remove data for troubleshooting we recommend confirming with the support staff exactly what you are removing and if you will be able to recover it later.

    No, there are no error messages.

    I have updated my pc multiple times, reinstalled forza, reset forza's app data, closed backround tasks, disabled discord overlay, deleted gamingservices and gaminservicesnet, verified and repaired game files, and updated from windows 10 to windows 11. And yes I only have an issue with forza.

    No oneguide, no picture but sound. SKIP setup i get picture.

    I didn't really have any save files on the console to be honest with you except for my Forza one, and that seemed completely okay after I reinstalled the game. When I started playing Forza again, my stuff was restored. I only own that, DR3, COD and BF4,
    and I had only installed the others at the time, so hopefully you won't lose anything, I would go into the menu for the game and see if there is a way to move save files.
