If you had a phone number attached to the account, use that instead of the old email address

Or, no matter where you tried to sign in with your existing email the same “account doesn’t exist” message appeared?

When I tried logging in, it made me make a new account (as stated before) but I had some friends search up my account and it was still there. I had no errors with signing it. It just made me make a new account.

Ok first and foremost you must download the xbox app and sign into it with your purchasing account and download the game

Then sign out and sign in with the new account on the xbox app

Ok I made a new yahoo account can I make my primary alias by using the xbox? Because when I make a new microsoft account it gives it account ( with the new email ) and when I try to link it without it being a microsoft account it says it is invalid
