I load into madden 24 I want to load into ultimate team and it says I’ve made 5 teams...

Madden 24 points, in-game points.I’m not trying to get a refund for the in-game points with my points they’re just not available

Because madden deleted my profile, and made me make a new one so therefore my points are not available not because my ultimate team profile because Madden by I don’t know how they made me make a new ultimate team profile.

There is a Big Team game mode that doesn't have custom load outs. Note the game mode under the map name and you will notice which mode it is. I think the two modes are actually called 'Big Team Slayer' and 'Big Team Infinity Slayer' if memory serves. I want
to say it is 'Big Team Slayer' that has doesn't have custom load outs, but don't quote me on it. I primarily play Big Team as well. Love the larger maps, vehicles, and more targets of opportunity.

I agree with you. I've had the same things happen many times.

There's another issue too. Sometimes in an player slot in a lobby you see "Connecting..." which means a player is about to join, but sometimes you see "Loading...". I have no idea what "Loading..." denotes, but when the countdown gets to 10 seconds and the
teams are shuffled, that "Loading..." slot counts as a player, so again you can end up with 5 on one team versus 3 + "Loading..." on the other, as the game thinks that's 5 Vs. 4. I played a game of LTS tonight where "Loading..." filled up a slot on my team
throughout the whole match and into the next lobby as well.
