I live in Asia, is that a crime?

i can't buy the games I want because i don't live in america and somehow the my country's store ain't selling it, and i don't think creating a fake address is a very good idea. What the hell am I supposed to do!!!

As others have said, buy on disk. It's unfortunate that not all publishers have international publishing deals, hopefully that will change. And I agree with you, the 'fake address' route is a bad idea.

All of those games are available on disc. Xbox One disc games are region free.

You can order those games on Xbox one on Disc from somewhere overseas (anywhere), since those games are region free.

Digital games are region locked but disc games are not. If your games are not available in your region for digital purchase you could buy the game on disc (Xbox one) from somewhere overseas (if that's not illegal in your country - if the game is not censored).
Xbox 360 games are region locked while Xbox one games are not.

I'm afraid there's nothing we can do if your country does not have the game available in digital form. This could be from anything from legal reasons or even a limitation put on the game from the developer, and has it so it doesn't have a version for your
region.
