I literally just need help fixing my xbox and no one has been of help

First of all, the customer service hoops I had to jump through have been ridiculous. I talked to one person for about an hour (who was lovely, nothing against him) and he helped me troubleshoot, but that didn't work to fix the issue so I think I need to
get my console repaired or replaced.

Since then however, I have done a number of virtual chats, none of which were helpful in the slightest. I tried to schedule a call, it said they would call me back in 4 minutes, and they did, but no one was on the other end. I stayed on the line, kinda just
going "hello?" for about 2 minutes before they hung up, and I know I was not on mute or anything like that. So now I'm waiting for another call, and the wait time has since increase so that's been annoying as HELL.

Anyways, the console issue I've been having is that it won't connect to my WiFi correctly. The download speed is ridiculously slow, every streaming service I try to use will buffer forever before giving me some variation of an error message, and then my
xbox account will just sign me out randomly. I've done LITERALLY every troubleshooting thing I can, I restarted the console, I reset the console, I factory reset the console, and I know it's not a WiFi issue because my laptop and phone are both connected to
it and are having no issues with the connection whatsoever, so at this point I'm convinced it's something in the hardware that needs fixing.

It's also a relatively new console, I got it December 2019, so I, ya know, hoped it would have had a longer life than this if I do need to replace it (luckily that warranty is still active lol). Has anyone else come across just random issues like this or
did I screw up my console somehow without realizing? Also has anyone else had this issue specifically? If so, please help.

*edit: I have since been dropped from their customer service line twice.

switch your router off, go to the xbox and network setting, forget the network, fully shutdown xbox, start router up then start xbox and reconnect to wifi, see if that helps.

even if other things in the house work on wifi does not mean the router is not the problem, i have had these issues in the past and its always most likely the router.

ive had it where all devices connect fine then a laptop refuses etc.;

No, this is very recent, I started noticing issues last night and it got worse today. I don't know how I would have done that, I usually stay out of my network settings unless there's an issue.

Unless you've tried it (you may have, but didn't mention it), I'd disconnect your Xbox from wifi, "forget" the wifi network, shut the system off completely, fully power cycle your modem and/or router (pull the plugs on both and do the whole wait ten second
thing), restart the Xbox, and connect to the wifi again like it were a brand new connection.

Other devices may work fine, but something could still be interrupting the connection somewhere. I routinely have this problem with my PS4, despite every other device (20 and counting) having no issues, and this solves it.

If you've done that, then it could very well be a hardware issue, but I wouldn't be able to say for certain.

Since you're under warranty though, you should have no problem replacing the system if that's the route you need to take.

Sadly it's then beyond my reach as a random person on a forum, as it seems you've done pretty much everything I could think of. Maybe someone smarter than I will come along.

If you don't get a solution, I'd definitely take advantage of the warranty whenever you're able to. Hopefully it's an in-store one and you won't have to mail your system out and wait who knows how long.
