    I like to exit xbox insider


    Hi, I like to desactivate my console from insider updates, but when I try they say this "You need enter the account that put this" (Something like this).I am the only that use the console, so I don't know what to do.

    xbox one media remote

    I use an xbox one media remote to access and use apps on my xbox one. The issue i'm having is when i'm inside an app like vudu or netflix, i can't figure out how to exit out of the app to back to the xbox home screen. I tried the menu buttons, but they
    didn't work. so does anyone know how to use the xbox one remote to exit out of an app and go back to the xbox home screen?

    Hi

    You should no longer need to use the account that enrolled the console in the Xbox Insider program to remove the console. If you download the Xbox Insider Hub app on the console then on the left hand side of the screen select insider content and you should
    be able to remove the console here.

    If you can't remove the console from the Insider program can you please try posting this in the
    Xbox Insiders Reddit forums for assistance.

    Be aware of what happens when you exit the program, everything will likely be wiped.
