I like this addition to the My Games & Apps screen where you can see which of your games...

When this message appears can you press the Xbox button on the controller (not press and hold as this will bring up the turn console off screen) and hopefully the guide menu should appear and you can select the home option where you will see your recent
games/apps used.

To see all your games when you tap the Xbox button to bring up the guide if you press down it should highlight my games and apps just press A on the controller and all your games will be here. My games and apps is also located on the main home screen.

In addition to what is already mentioned.

Any content that is part of a version (Ultimate or Deluxe etc) will usually show up in the Manage Game section, which you can enter by highlighting the game in My Games and Apps, press the Menu button (three lines icon) and then select Manage Game. This
will show a section where you can manage the game and also see what DLC is available to be installed.

The content included by a Deluxe edition can be different per game, plus the developer of the game may also decide to add additional content which may not be included with the 'Deluxe' or 'Ultimate' edititons for a game

Technically the game is still running in the background so your character should still be standing where it was when you switch back.

You can snap things like Skype or TV next to the game screen so you can see the app without ever leaving the match.

I would hardly think of any of these screenshots as 'major'. (Save the last, which is a black screen...) You're seeing a formatting problem; the app's participant screen is formatted for 12v12, the game itself handles more. The options are limited; reformat
it for the total players, which would make it illegible on many devices... limit the game to 12v12, which would be ridiculous, or remove it entirely, which is like cutting off your finger because you got a boo-boo.

In short, this is cosmetic. Kudos for your bug reporting, but I wholey disagree with your assessment of the severity of this issue.

All your digital purchases are linked to your account. You are free to uninstall any of the games you'd like - the games you don't have installed will appear in the "Ready to Install" section of My Games and Apps (the far right side of the screen), where
you can re-download them at any time... and because the game saves are synced to the cloud, when you re-install you'll be right back where you were, no progress lost!

Another option would be to purchase an external hard drive to expand your storage - the Xbox One can use any USB 3.0 hard drive that has at least 256GB of space as additional storage. That way, you won't have to worry about uninstalling/reinstalling games
as often.
