I lent my account to a friend and I don't know how to get it off his xbox

I lent my account to my friend to play a game while i was on holiday, when I came back I changed my password so he can't go on my account but when I digitally download a game he gets it on his xbox, how do I stop this?

Incase you missed it Fat Mond is basically telling you that lending your account to anyone is a breach of the code of conduct.

You should also be aware what you did is also classed as marketplace theft and will get your account banned.
