I left my microsoft family, and I think it broke the xbox support site.

So I was trying to use realms in Minecraft Windows 10 edition, but it said I had my account set up wrong. After some time looking through support, I found what I'm supposed to do. So I went to settings and found the privacy and safety settings only to get the support page for those settings. After some confusion I found that it was probably because the parent in my microsoft family had to change the settings. So, with permission, I left the family group. When I went back to the xbox site and went to privacy and safety settings, I got an error saying it was redirecting me too many times. After I cleared my cookies, I tried to go to xbox settings again, but now it just goes directly to the support page for privacy and safety settings. I no longer have any clue what to do at all, and I'm scared I've broken my account. Please help me.

Tried it, and even the link you gave me still just goes straight to the support page. Which tells me that it's a problem with the site itself.

be sure to try it on a different browser (and also via inPrivate or Incognito browsing) to see if that helps anything.
Since you said you left the Family group, I assume your account is not (no longer) a child account, since if it is still a child account it will still require a parental account to change those settings.

please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:
