i launch the game then it chrashes. what can i do?

I launch the game and it just drops me out. It happened in Forza and in Sea Of Thieves too i deleted and downloaded the game again but it didn t work. What can i do?

Xbox one s crashes

Hey guys,

I have a Xbox one s since it came out and for several months the Xbox was over ventilating for some reasons when playing certain game or rendering certain areas (like reeeally overventilating/overheating, it made a hell of a noise). Yesterday my Xbox couldn't
launch any games anymore, it just chrashes and lead me back to my home. I turned it off and on and it just wouldn't turn on anymore. After a few moments on the internet searching for solutions I managed to turn it on on the "recovery mode" where you can restore
everything. I did it (without deleting my games ofc). It got better for like 1 or 2 hours then my console kept crashing everything at launch again. So I did the restore everything thing again. Now when launching a game my Xbox won't synchronize any of my saves
and tells me I should delete all of my local games and games to reinstall them(and lose ever local saves ofc..)

So what am I supposed to do here???? I reeeeeeaaaaaally don't want to lose my saves and I wanna keep playing my games..

If you guys can give me a magical advice that will sort everything out that would be great!

try clearing your cache by holding down the power button on your console for 10 seconds.

Retry afterwards.
