All this misguided negativity going towards Microsoft and xbox live..... Don't...... lets do lizard squad justice and send all of you bad feelings towards them... if you’re angry, frustrated.... Send you thoughts their way..... Although you may think
it won't have an effect.... TRUST me it will.... *** will start to go from bad to worse for them.....

Just keep focusing on their name and the universe will take care of the rest..

I never thought of that before but now I think I'm going to play killed confirmed.

 

It's not all misguided when you are the only company charging a fee for online service (multiplayer) you would expect better security and hacker prevention (Not hacked 3 times in a week) or at the very least better communication to the paying customers,
right?

 

Or maybe while it's down spend time with family and friends. Go outside.

Unfortunately, Microsoft is not the only company that charges for online gaming services, with Sony jumping on the bandwagon with the PS4 as well. In the modern age, where a large number of servers is required, and there are costs associated - these costs
must often be somewhat passed on to the consumer, in order to keep the operation profitable.

Also, just to clarify - Microsoft has not been hacked and any rumours of that happening are simply rumours. Microsoft having been hacked would mean that sensitive data had been illegally accessed by third parties, which is not the case and has not happened.

Also, the Support Team at Microsoft do try to keep everybody as well informed as possible about any service outages, what platforms they affect, and when they are likely to be resolved. You can always check on the current Service Status at;
support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-status

If you're having trouble with a service, and there is no outage listed on the service page, then you can always visit support.xbox.com and start a chat with one of the friendly Community Ambassadors or Xbox Staff and they will help you to troubleshoot any
issues you may be facing.
