So I was playing Grand Theft auto 5 and these people joined they where my mates but then they decided to boot me offline for around 2 hours. each time I came on they booted me offline. So please try and banned them

Sorry but it is against the ToU of the forums to name and shame other gamertags. If you would like to report them you'll need to do so using the dashboard reporting tools. Go to their bio and select File Complaint then follow the instructions.

The report will be sent to the PET for them to investigate.

After that, you can Avoid and Block them to prevent them from playing with or contacting you in the future.

I strongly suggest that you reach out to your ISP (Internet Service Provider), to have them know about your situation and to issue you a new unique public IP address (WAN address).

As long as they know your public IP address (being the same address assigned by your ISP), they can still carry out DoS, or DDoS attacks and overwhelm your gateway with bitstream of data, to prevent legitamate traffic to pass through, regardless if you're
connected to the Xbox Live services, or not.

I left [Mod Removed] and all he wants to do is boot me and my new clan members.

If these users did what you described, they violated the Code of Conduct (majorly). What I've attached is a very simply explained version of the Code of Conduct.
I highly suggest reporting the players. When you report them, make sure to
suggest that you believe they have been using modified hardware. This will get Xbox Enforcement right to investigating.
