Are you trying to recover access to your account? The best way is to use the recovery form if you don't have 2FA turned on https://account.live.com/acsr however, it will ask for a lot of information as Xbox have to be sure they are granting access to the account owner.

I cant unblock my account because it wont let me change password using my other email account + i dont know the security question answer. ill just have to work out how to change my XBL gamertag to other email address if thats possible..
