I know how to get free DLC's. I want it to be stopped and I want compensated.

Back story;

I discovered this method accidentally at my friends house a few years back while on my Xbox 360. I found a way in which individuals can get free DLC's and I wasn't sure how I felt about this. I didn't exploit it, nor did I want to. However, after thinking
about it in the past few months, I looked and did not find a fix or any mention of this issue being fixed. Seeing as it's still up and people are able to get these DLC's I've come here to get compensation for how to stop this.

What have I done?

Well I've contacted the Microsoft support via email and was told by a representative that I would be compensated and to contact the departments (he listed three) and that they'd get back to me. I wasn't able to find or locate the appropriate place
to tell anyone of this and wasn't able to contact anyone regarding the issue. So this is why I'm here.

I'll be awaiting a response.

There are no free ways to get free DLC`s, there are plenty of methods of marketplace theft.

Any one using those methods will get caught eventually.

 

What DLC's are you getting for free? As mentioned above, if someone is using a means to get content for free when they should not be then they will be caught.

There is actually a way to get DLC's for free. I'm still waiting to hear from Microsoft...

 

You are not going to hear from microsoft here.

To repeat, there are no ways to get free dlc.

There are ways to manipulate the system and steal DLC from the marketplace, and ways to share dlc with friends using illegal means too.

All this methods are known to microsoft, and will get you banned.

 

The others are right,there is no way of getting free dlc unless you use means that are against the terms & conditions which will get you banned.

 

Unless the DLC is intended to be free. Or is a limited time free. I've got all the extra characters for Skull Girls ( I swear I'm gonna buy it someday...) because the devs listed them for free for the first month or so of release. I've put a few free DLC's
on my tag for games I don't have yet. Just in case. ^_^

Did you happen to access your friends downloaded content on your account while using his console? If so, that is there by design, and is not a flaw.
